Postdoctoral position at UH to isolate and characterize
antibodies from primary B cells in collaboration with M.D. Anderson
Cancer Center, funded by the NIH. The successful candidate will work on a
multi-disciplinary team involving engineers and clinicians. The
candidate will be expected to devise or modify immunological methods to
achieve results and publish papers in research journals. Presentation at
national meetings and career-development will be encouraged. Strong
communication skills (written/verbal) in English is required.
Education/Experience:
A Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D. degree in the field of antibody
discovery/engineering is required. Experience working with B cells and
single-cell cloning is considered an advantage.
