The overall aim is to develop novel immune therapies, demonstrate efficacy and mechanisms of action in preclinical studies, which will lead to Phase I clinical trials in patients. The ideal candidate will have a background in gene therapy, inflammation, molecular immunity, and in vivo techniques. Experience with autoimmunity, immunotherapy, and viral transduction would be helpful. Good communication skills, leadership potential, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
