Postdoctoral Researcher position at Institute of Biomedicine, Finland

An appointee to the position of post-doctoral researcher shall hold a doctoral degree, have the ability to conduct independent scholarly work and have the teaching skills necessary for the position. Experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry, biochemistry or biophysics is required.

The goal of the new laboratory at the Institute of Biomedicine is to develop novel fluorescent proteins, genetically-encoded biosensors and optogenetic tools as well as advanced microscopy methods to be employed for analysis, manipulation and modification of biochemical processes in live cells and model animals using light.
